While thinking about how to set up 'the Colored Company' I realized we live too much in 'Black and White'. Excel sheets explaining the reality - black on white -, delivering many companies their management information. However our reality is completely different; just have a look at nature, all its colors expressing the diversity. All this part of an immensive ecosystem that we are part of on our Earth. There is so much more to see and to act on, so let's explore discover share and enjoy...

Is Nature something we visit on a sunday afternoon?

We consider 'nature as something we visit on a sunday afternoon, but in deepest essence we are part of it every second', says Jules Rijnierse founder of the Colored Company.

We believe it is good to wonder from time to time about the things around you that seem so common in the first instance, the rising of the sun, the rainbow in the sky, the frequencies they give, the water we drink, etc.

And we challenge you to do that within your own surrounding and we are sure we can assist and help you in this approach creating new insights. Insights that can offer you new business as well as personal opportunities!

REFLECTION OF COLORS IN NATURE, ANOTHER INSPIRATION FOR us

'If you look around carfully you will see everything is colored' quote from writer T. Schippers. So colors do play an essential role in our day to day life and business.

We take the initiative to reflect (with you) about the many aspect of light and color including system thinking, for both you and your business. We offer you moments of reflection.

COLORS THE PHYSICAL ASPECT

Color is actual light. White light is the combination of all colors from the rainbow. Newton shared his findings with us when he did his research with a bunch of white light on a prism. This white light was transformed into the seven colors of the rainbow, ordered from red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo to purple. He explained this was due to the different wave lengths of all these colors.

This visual spectrum is just a small part of all frequencies from that are around us.

Colors the Cultural aspect

Many scientist and artist have researched or experienced with light and colors.  People like Leonardo da Vinci, Isaac Newton,Albert Mussel and Johannes Itten are well known names in the world of science and colors.

Many artists have interpreted and communicated their view on reality in many colorful paintings and other art expressions. Artists like Leonardo da Vinci with his 'Mona Lisa', Rembrandt with his portraits a.o. 'De Nachtwacht', Picasso with his many abstract and colorful painitings , Wassily Kandinsky with his Colorful Ensemble and many more.

The Rainbow the Infinity of Colors

'The rainbow during a walk in the field of a farm with my father, was  initial inspiration for one of our concepts, Colorwaters®'.  

Colors for us have many appearances; Physical, Biological, Cultural. From the actual colors, the shades within a color, towards the meaning of colors, the impact, of the but also the colorful people, in fact is is all about the frequencies!

We stimulate everybody to give 'Love & Gratitude', for many people that sounds strange or feminine, but we convinced these words do affect us.  Our inspiration for this statement are the results of the research Dr. Masaru Emoto - Japanese researcher  - who has done research in the field of water.
